If your component is faulty or incorrect, our team is dedicated to providing a swift replacement or refund to get your appliance back in working order.

Return Process

    Verify Compatibility

    Before initiating a return, please double-check your appliance model number against the part received to confirm if the item is incorrect or defective.

    Request an RMA

    Contact our support team via email with your order number and a photo of the part to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the item in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned part, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
